Who we are
An operations team. We've run automation for small companies for years: the Zapier era, the n8n era, the self-hosted-agent era, and now the always-on-agent era that Grok Bot opened on 11 August 2026. We don't put names on the site. What you'll find instead is our work: the fixes directory, the changelog of what broke and when we fixed it, and redacted screenshots of real routines running on real accounts.
We are not affiliated with SpaceXAI, Cursor, or any tool listed on this site. Nobody pays to be in a comparison. If a comparison is wrong, tell us and we'll fix it with a dated note.
Why most of this site is free
Because the thing that actually helps someone stuck at 11pm is the page that says "the Bot's browser is a datacenter, use the API instead, here's the scoped token setup." Writing that page costs us an hour. Not writing it costs the reader a weekend. Some of those readers will hire us. Most won't, and that's fine.
What "set up properly" means
- Every Bot has its own identity. Your session is yours.
- There is a spend ceiling before the first unattended run.
- Every routine that can send, pay, delete, or post has an approval gate.
- Everything is written down: what each Bot does, what it may not do, how to stop it.
- We say no to trading, money movement, and anything that needs a login challenge defeated.
What we think about Grok Bot
It's the first always-on agent product a non-technical person can install and use in an afternoon. That is a real achievement. It is also a beta with a shared credential model and no spend cap, from a company that ships changes weekly. Both of those are true at once. We built this site to hold both.
